Paint your Spirit Guide / Animal Totem by Cheryl Cattarin

Painting your spirit guide / animal totem is a deeply personal and intuitive process. We begin with  a meditation to tap into our guide’s messages, symbols and colours. Guides and animals will appear during your meditation to inspire and uplift you. This process helps you visualise and understand their presence in your life, strengthening your intuition and spiritual awareness.

Then as you bring paint to canvas, you will create a beautiful vision of your guides or animal totem.  Your completed artwork will be a reflection of your inner journey and spiritual connection. A visual art piece to remind you of their presence in your life.

Your workshop facilitator, Cheryl Cattarin, is a local self-taught artist with many years’ experience teaching meditation, reiki and connecting to your intuitive, creative self. She teaches how to access your intuition and spiritual messages through meditation and how to bring out your creative side onto the canvas. By weaving meditation and art together it creates a profound experience of mindfulness, creativity and connection to your wise spiritual self.
