Discover the power of creativity and self-discovery in our Intuitive Art and Affirmations workshop. We begin with a calming guided meditation to get those creative juices flowing and connect you with your inner self. From this serene state, we explore intuitive art ideas for colour, affirmations, intentions and more.
Following the meditation we grab a canvas and craft personalised affirmations and build the canvas into an exciting positive vision through colour, words and images. No artistic experience is necessary, just an open heart and a willingness to explore and play with art.
