An Expressive Art Therapy Class for Adults (18yrs+)
Have fun expressing yourself and meeting new people.
No prior creative experience necessary.
You will be guided through a range of activities that will push and pull you as you step out of your comfort zone to explore more about yourself.
BYO Apron - you could get messy.
Please know tthere are two sessions on this day, a morning session and an duplicate evening session. Please ensure you book the time that is right for you.
